The Calgary Flames have officially joined forces with Uber.
This partnership is intended to benefit the fans by providing an easily accessible and cost effective mode of transportation to and from the Scotiabank Saddledome.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Calgary Flames to make game day transportation safe, reliable and affordable” announced Ramit Kar, GM of Uber Western Canada.
Uber will now have a dedicated pickup and drop-off zone at the West Entrance of the Saddledome.
Co-founded by Calgarian entrepreneur Garret Camp in 2009, Uber is evolving the way the world moves. Offering more than 50,000 Canadian driver-partners a new way to earn income in their spare time by offering an affordable transportation alternative to hundreds of thousands of riders across the country.
If you’re a Flames fan who hasn’t downloaded Uber yet, now is a better time than ever to give this transportation innovator a try.
