Jam Cafe
“We are an all-day breakfast and lunch restaurant located in Old Town Victoria. Created by Union Pacific Coffee owners Jim and Candy Walmsley, Jam offers incredible homemade fare in a rustic-city atmosphere. The unique menu tempts you to broaden your breakfast horizons with selections including Huevos Rancheros, Green Eggs and Ham, Brioche French Toast and Red Velvet Pancakes. Adding to the ‘comfort food’ theme are favorites such as house made cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, and creamy sausage gravy. Needless to say, there are options to satisfy any craving.
The friendly, enthusiastic staff adds the finishing touch to the welcoming atmosphere in this family-owned eatery.
We sincerely hope you love the food, the service, and the atmosphere as much as we loved putting it all together. Looking forward to seeing you soon!”

John’s Place Restaurant
“For over thirty years we have been making everything from scratch including our herb bread, corn bread, banana bread, homemade pies, cheesecakes and all our salad dressings. When Food Network Canada was filming in November for our fall shoot we made our Southwestern Meatloaf, Mile High Apple Pie (which we are famous for), Belgian Waffles with our own cream cheese syrup and our best seller, Eggs Benedict with an authentic real butter hollandaise sauce and we had a blast doing it.
Find out why our restaurant lineups keep growing after 32 years! Welcome to our home away from home!”

Cafe Brio
“From land to sea Cafe Brio’s menu focuses on regional products. Flavour pairing comes naturally when using products that come from the same region. Sauces are often kept simple or light as not to mask the natural flavours found in our local quality ingredients.
We have strong local farm resources almost year round. Beyond organics my commitment is to BC farms first for produce.
I am a strong believer in supporting and promoting quality Canadian products. Therefore all of our beef is Alberta beef graded AAA or better.
With such a strong bounty of fresh local products and a professional kitchen staff we choose to make everything on our menu from scratch. In that manner we are able to ensure the products are handled properly. Our menu is reprinted daily so that we are able to serve the best possible products in their freshest form.”
